If you have a grievance regarding content on TaxSocial — including content you believe violates our Terms of Service, infringes your rights, or is otherwise unlawful — you may contact our Grievance Officer using the details below. The first place to flag content is the in-app Report button on the article or comment; the Grievance Officer is the escalation route for grievances not resolved that way.

Service Levels

  • Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receiving your grievance.
  • Resolution: within 15 days of receipt, in line with Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules, 2021.
  • For grievances involving content removal, takedown action will be taken within the timelines required by applicable law.

What to Include in a Grievance

To help us resolve your grievance quickly, please include:

  • Your full name and contact details (so we can respond and verify identity if needed).
  • The exact URL of the content you are reporting.
  • The nature of the grievance (e.g., copyright infringement, defamation, privacy violation, impersonation, dangerous misleading advice).
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links to original work, identity proofs where applicable).
  • A statement that the information in your grievance is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
